Marathon running is a test of endurance, both physical and mental. It is addictive and also helps maintain a good work-life balance. There are three stages of running when you are doing a marathon. The first is the physical aspect, which is running with just the body. After a while, that gives up on you and then the mind takes over. So you need to be mentally strong. Then the mind fatigues and you run with the heart. That helps you see the marathon through.
